Eligibility
Who can apply for a loan at Kredibility Finance?
Civil servants, private sector employees, SME operators, commission-based professionals and asset-backed borrowers may apply if they have verifiable income and meet our affordability requirements.
Do I need a payslip?
A payslip is required for payroll-backed and private sector salary loans. SME and asset-backed applicants may use other verifiable income records such as bank statements or business trading records.
Can I apply if I already have another loan?
This depends on your affordability position. Kredibility conducts a thorough assessment and will only approve a facility that is within your means to repay comfortably.
Is there a minimum salary requirement?
Facilities are structured around your verified income and affordability position rather than a fixed minimum. Contact the credit team to discuss your situation.
Products & Rates
What types of loans do you offer?
Kredibility offers five facility types: payroll-backed personal loans, private sector employee loans, SME and micro-enterprise financing, asset-based micro-loans, and emergency and school fees financing.
What is the maximum I can borrow?
Loan amounts are determined by your verified income, affordability assessment and the facility type. Contact the credit team to discuss the amount appropriate for your situation.
What are your interest rates?
All pricing is disclosed upfront before any facility is finalised. Rates are set within RBZ-compliant guidelines. Contact us for current indicative rates based on your profile and chosen facility.
Can I repay my loan early?
Early repayment options are discussed at the time of facility structuring. All terms are documented and disclosed before you sign.
Process & Approval
How do I apply?
You can apply online via this website, call or WhatsApp the credit team, or visit the Harare office at Club Chambers, 11th Floor, Corner Third and Nelson Mandela Avenue. The online application is the fastest way to start.
How long does approval take?
Payroll-backed applications are typically decided within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation. SME and asset-backed facilities usually require 48 to 72 hours.
What documents do I need?
You will need a national ID, proof of income (payslip, bank statements or business records), employer or business confirmation, bank account details and the completed application form.
Can I apply online?
Yes. Complete the online application form on this website and the credit team will contact you to verify details and collect supporting documents.
What happens after I submit my application?
The credit team acknowledges receipt, contacts you to confirm or request documents, conducts the affordability assessment and provides a decision.
Repayments
How do repayments work?
Payroll facilities use approved stop-order deduction mechanisms. SME and asset-backed facilities follow documented repayment schedules agreed at the outset.
What is a stop order?
A stop order is an approved repayment instruction where agreed monthly amounts are deducted directly from the borrower's payroll income — removing the need to remember manual payments.
What happens if I miss a payment?
This is discussed at the time of facility structuring. All terms around missed payments are documented and disclosed upfront. Contact the credit team immediately if you anticipate difficulty.
